We care for our environment:

We won’t be greenwashing it, there will be some waste and some of the materials we use cannot be recycled but we try everything we can to be as eco-friendly as possible.

  • We are using cardboard boxes for shipping with recyclable tape and we are trying to not overuse packaging, so all our tags come in reusable jewellery bags only, which you can use for all kinds of things, from jewellery or tag storage to treat bag! 
  • If you ever feel like you need to throw away a tag because it got damaged or you changed house and need new contact details, please contact me, as I would love to help you fix these issues rather than you having to throw things away. 
  • When crafting we try to use tools that can be reused wherever possible. 
  • While some of our materials will have to be shipped from further away, we try to place larger wholesale orders to reduce the impact of this. We also try to source as much as we can from other small businesses, 90% of our flower inclusions for example come from a fabulous UK small biz.

Animal welfare:

  • We do care a lot about animal welfare and our ethical standpoint is always positive reinforcement training over punishment. We don’t want to judge anyone for their training methods but we also try to be clear of where we stand and where our personal values are. 
  • Additionally, all our materials are free of animal products (we will not use dried sea stars or the like in our tags) and our resin is cruelty free and non toxic once cured. 
  • We will always take care of not featuring cropped ears or other illegal practices on our social media profiles.

Human connection: 

  • I always try to treat people with respect and exclude any hate speech, racism or homophobia. I am always open to learning and feedback and if I ever make any error or misjudgement I am happy to learn from this and do better.
  • I want to try to find a solution for both parties if ever something goes wrong or there was a misunderstanding or an error in an order (be it on my side or the customer side). 
  • We also try to make our posts on instagram and our website as accessibility friendly as possible.
