Processing Time

Items are made to order and our current turnaround time is 4 weeks. Items are sent out first class to the UK if this option was selected but there can be delays from Royal Mail! 

Items outside of the UK are sent via standard post. I am not responsible for possible import taxes.

Collar and Tag


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, refund or replacement.

We only accept returns, refunds or replacements in these cases:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item did not arrive at all (lost by the post) - Please allow 2-3 weeks before contacting us after you get your postage confirmation email as there can be delays with Royal Mail! 
  • The item breaks after a very short regular use
  • The contact details or personalisation is wrong (means: I made the error). If you accidentally added the wrong contact details or letter I can unfortunately not change that once the tag is sent out. 

Please follow our resin tag care instructions. Items which show damage due to incorrect use will not be refunded.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
